Booking and Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY

Sealink Beauty is a business partner with Fresha for booking and payment, therefore, we require your bank card details when you make a booking for all services and procedures to secure your booking. 

​

For eyelash extension and cosmetic tattoo. you must attend your appointment alone. Children brought to appointments will result in instant cancellation of appointments, booking fee, and full service or procedure fee charged. 

​

Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduled appointments made less than 48hrs prior to your appointment will result in your booking fee being forfeited and a full service or procedure fee being charged.

​

Cancellations made on non-trading days are not counted as notification of cancellation/rescheduling.

​

Clients 10mins late or longer will not be seen. A booking fee and full service or procedure fee will be charged.

​

All EFTPOS transactions will incur a 2% surcharge

​

All bookings made are confirmation that you agree to the terms and conditions of Sealink Beauty booking and cancellation policy.

​

Sealink Beauty has the right to refuse treatment.

​

Tattooing is STRICTLY for clients aged 18+ identification may be required.

​

Beauty services for clients aged under 16 require parent permission and adult presence in the treatment room.

​
